A Walk Through History

10 am -4 pm

Take a walk through the woods and experience history starting with the 1600’s and the First Peoples. Then walk farther and see soldiers from the Revolutionary War to the Vietnam War. In between see how people lived in the different eras, washing their clothes in tubs, making candles and soap, what toys children used to play with and how they cooked all their food over open fires.

Have fun learning history by finding the answers to Scavenger Hunt questions. Fun history facts are scattered throughout the woods and reenactors are all around to answer questions and teach you all about history.
